20 years of experience, including full gym operation, large group coaching, 1:1 training, and more time under a barbell than most - no, I don't hold records - but I've assisted hundreds of people in achieving more confidence and competence in the gym, under weights, and attaining a physique they're proud of.


All things physical culture are at my core, and I truly love to teach. Lift, run, eat, and train intelligently; I can bring you education, programming, and 1:1 coaching to help you reach your fitness goals.

Hypertrophy / Strength Work

If you've been doing the typical 3 x 10 or 4 x 8 or 5 x 5 rep and set ranges and you are not making progress, you're most likely not progressively overloading properly, or you need to start adding some dynamics to your workouts: tempo work, drop sets, super sets to name a few!

Olympic Weightlifting

A properly periodized program coupled with a trained eye for technical cueing and feedback;
